Alan Shadbolt originally set up as a builder some 25years ago. A surveyor by profession, he had previously worked for number of building and construction companies, advancing to director level but always felt that not enough time was being paid to giving customers the kind of service they wanted, expected and deserved
For this reason a decision was made to keep the company to a manageable size where each client could be made to feel that they were one of their most important clients rather than just one in a long line of customers.
This philosophy continues today an allows the company to respond quickly to customer needs and to accommodate their changing requirements. It also means that Greystoke is more than happy to attend to your minor maintenance and repairs as well as your major projects.
Today Greystoke still operates from an East London base to cover the whole of London and south Essex.
Greystoke are more than happy to advise clients an feasibility of projects and ideas and will provide budget or detailed estimates, all of which are free of charge.
Greystoke are also able to offer a full design and draughting service and will submit application for planning and building control permission. Greystoke also have a number of links with Architects, Engineers and interior designers who can be called upon when required. Many of these services are also free when we are granted the building contract.
